Water Aerobics
Moving in water to music is by far the best way we can move our bodies while bearing little to no weight on the joints.

Any age and ability welcome whether completed classes before or first time ever to aquafit as we work to our own pace.

Lots of fun and healthy exercise at the same time.
Shallow and deep water classes.
