The girls only academy has been designed for the U8-U18 age group targeting specific game situations to aid each players development

The focus remains on improving technical skills but also provides players with the tools to make game like decisions including movement (with and without the ball), when to pass, when to shoot, how to attack the defender and how to defend.

Once the player adds this to their technical focus, they are able to translate their newly developed skills in game situations to further enhance their development
